#LightTheWorld Day Six - Jesus Read the Scriptures and So Can You

Scripture reading can be as rewarding as it is difficult.  I have found wisdom in the pages of my scriptures on occasions to numerous to count.  I have several favorites, and I have shared a few of those over the last few days.  Because I have shared so much (monster post this morning) I am going to take the simple but easy way out.  I am going to share with you a part of scripture that touches me each and every time I read it or hear it.  And this presentation is perhaps my favorite.  Sometimes in our attempt to go big on Christmas, we forget that the story of Christmas, of Christ, is the story of a child.  Nearly everything that we have built Christmas up to be tries to outshine the new star that appeared in the heavens so many years ago.

It really is this simple folks.
